The item must not have any fragrances, odors, pet hair, damage, or been washed. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. The faux leather tags are built to last and stay vibrant even after multiple washes. The ultrasuede needs to be handled with a little more care. Wash on a gentle cycle. Dry on low heat.
During the cutting process there could be small pieces left inside some of the cut holes. The pieces are very easy to remove, and it is recommended to remove them before attaching them.
Occasionally a package may arrive with a smokey or leathery odor. Wiping the patches with soapy water and air drying will remove any odors. During the cleaning process, I may miss some smudges. These can be removed with soapy water.
